Roger H. Hippert


Roger Hippert enjoys a broad diversity in his practice. He currently represents the firm’s clients in the areas of personal injury, and his general practice includes family and elder law, real estate and probate. Recognizing that today’s legal needs require knowledge of overlapping areas of the law, Roger can apply his experience to guide individuals and businesses to enforce and protect their rights.

Professional Background
Admitted to practice in Minnesota in1976; to the Federal courts in 1994. Certified mediator and arbitrator by the Minnesota Supreme Court. Former Assistant Fifth District Public Defender, named as New Ulm Assistant City Attorney.

Free Time
Roger and his wife Naomi have lived in New Ulm since 1976, where they raised their children, Andrew and Meredith. Roger enjoys reading, playing tennis, has earned a 2nd degree black belt in Karate, and is a passionate motorcyclist
