Thomas practices in the areas of divorce, custody, child support, bankruptcy, guardianship/conservatorship, orders for protection, civil litigation, criminal defense, wills, trusts, and probate, and corporate law.

Admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 2007. Thomas is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the District of Minesota. Thomas is also an Assistant City Attorney for the City of New Ulm since 2009.

Volunteer Organizations

He also coaches his daughter’s New Ulm mini mite hockey team.

Personal Background
Thomas is married to wife Carolyn. They have a daughter, who was born a week after they moved to New Ulm. Thomas enjoys travel, reading, walking his dog and, of course, being a dad.
